Plants use different strategies for excretion.
• Some of their wastes are stored in dead tissues.
• Many plant waste products are stored in cellular vacuole.
• Waste products may be stored in leaves that fall off.
• Other waste products like resins and gums are stored in old xylem.
• Plants also excrete some of the waste substances into the soil around them. etc.
